Smart Owl Readers is an online educational platform created by Mrs. Jeannie, a teacher with over 30 years of experience. We provide digital courses, printable workbooks, educational resources, and tools designed to help parents and caregivers teach young children to read and write at home using the Phonics Plus™ method.
To make a purchase or create an account on our Website, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Our educational products are designed for children but are purchased and used by parents and adult caregivers.
Smart Owl Readers offers the following types of products:

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your digital product. Order confirmations are sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
Exceptions (Final Sale Items):
Personalized products, such as the "I Can Write My Name" workbook, are custom-made for your child and cannot be refunded unless there is an error on our part (incorrect name, design issue, etc.).
Free products and downloadable resources are not eligible for refunds as no payment was made.

6. ACCOUNT ACCESS AND COURSE DELIVERY
Some products are delivered through our membership portal on Kajabi. When you purchase a course, you will receive login credentials or a link to access your content.

- Not share your account access with others
- Not distribute, copy, or share course content (videos, workbooks, or any materials)
We reserve the right to terminate your access if we detect unauthorized sharing, distribution, or resale of our content.

You may use our materials for personal, non-commercial use only (teaching your own children or grandchildren at home).

- Share digital files or login access with others
